Complete Processing Solutions

Each processing line is available as a standalone machine or as part of a fully integrated turnkey plant. All systems are custom-engineered to your site, capacity, and quality requirements.

Wet Processing Line
Washed / Fully Washed Method

Wet Processing Line

Capacity: 500 kg/hr – 8,000 kg/hr (cherry input)

Our wet processing lines are engineered for high-volume coffee estates and cooperatives requiring consistent, repeatable washed coffee quality. The system handles everything from cherry intake through pulping, fermentation, washing, and grading.

Technical Specifications
Cherry Intake HopperSS304, 2–10 tonne capacity
Pulper TypeDrum / Disc pulper, adjustable clearance
Fermentation TanksSS304 / HDPE, 2,000–20,000 L
Washing ChannelsCounter-current, gravity-fed or pumped
Grading SievesVibrating screen, 3-grade separation
Water RecyclingIntegrated effluent treatment system

Key Features

  • Minimal water consumption design — up to 40% reduction vs. conventional systems
  • Automated cherry feeding with level sensors and variable speed drives
  • Mucilage removal efficiency >98% with adjustable fermentation bypass
  • Integrated density grading to separate floaters and defects
  • PLC-controlled with HMI touchscreen and remote monitoring capability
  • Full SS304 food-contact surfaces, CIP-compatible design

Dry Processing Line
Natural / Unwashed Method

Dry Processing Line

Capacity: 300 kg/hr – 5,000 kg/hr (cherry input)

Designed for natural and honey-process coffees, our dry processing lines manage the full workflow from cherry receiving through mechanical drying, hulling, and sorting — preserving the distinctive flavour profiles of naturally processed coffees.

Technical Specifications
Receiving HopperSS304, with pre-cleaning screen
Mechanical DryersRotary drum, 1–8 tonne batch capacity
Drying Temperature35–55°C, PLC-controlled
Moisture Target10.5–11.5% (adjustable)
Hulling MachineRubber roll / disc huller
DestonerGravity table, removes stones & heavy defects

Key Features

  • Rotary drum dryers with precise temperature and airflow control
  • Integrated moisture monitoring with automatic batch completion alerts
  • Gentle handling design to minimise cracking and physical defects
  • Modular layout — drying, hulling, and sorting sections independently scalable
  • Diesel, LPG, biomass, or electric heating options available
  • Dust extraction and emission control systems included
