Incorporated in 2017 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu — Oriental Food Industries designs and manufactures large-scale industrial machinery for coffee, tea, leaf processing, food drying and preservation, backed by dedicated in-house research.

Oriental Food Industries Private Limited was incorporated in 2017 with a clear founding purpose: to bring research-led innovation to the design and manufacture of large-scale food processing machinery. Based in Coimbatore — India's engineering and textile capital — we are positioned at the intersection of industrial manufacturing expertise and food science.
Our product range spans the full spectrum of agro-food processing: coffee processing lines (wet, dry, hulling, sorting), tea and leaf processing machinery (withering, CTC, orthodox, drying), industrial food drying systems (rotary, belt, fluidised bed, spray), and fully bespoke custom machinery developed through our in-house R&D division.
Every machine we build is engineered in-house, manufactured to food-grade standards, and supported through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. We work with estates, cooperatives, processors, and export-oriented food manufacturers across 15+ countries.
Our Journey
Key Milestones
Incorporation
Oriental Food Industries Private Limited incorporated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with a founding vision to combine machinery research with industrial manufacturing.
First Production Line
Delivered our first complete coffee wet processing line to a major estate in Coorg, Karnataka — establishing our reputation for precision engineering.
R&D Division Established
Launched a dedicated in-house research and development division focused on novel drying technologies and energy-efficient processing systems.
Tea & Leaf Processing
Expanded product range to include large-scale tea withering, rolling, fermentation and drying machinery, serving estates across South India and Sri Lanka.
Food Drying & Preservation
Introduced industrial food drying and preservation systems — rotary, belt, fluidised bed and spray dryers — for spices, herbs, grains and vegetables.
International Expansion
Machines now operating in 15+ countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Turnkey project capability fully established.
